Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Bulgarian speaking Recruiter to join their team in Sofia. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week from office.

Your Role

  • Create and implement high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various markets
  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for key positions and languages to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and talent availability
  • Track and report sourcing metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements
  • Manage and oversee internal employee referral programs to maximize the potential of current staff networks in sourcing candidate

Your Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing role, with a proven track record of success
  • Expertise in various sourcing methods, including Boolean search and social recruiting techniques
  • Fluent/ Native in Bulgarian (C1) and in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Bulgarian or any other major European language is a plus
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Taleo or similar platforms
  • Experience in a multinational setting, especially in the BPO industry, is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the recruitment process
