Workster partners with a worldwide leader in vehicle mobility who is growing their dynamic Claims Management Advisor English-speaking Team in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role with 2x per week in office on average.
Your Role
In this role, you’ll take charge of managing damage claims, collaborating with internal and external partners, and delivering exceptional customer service. - Investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring they align with our guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in English
- Make informed decisions, contributing to a seamless claims management process
- Handle a variety of cases, keeping your work dynamic and enhancing quality standards
Your Qualifications
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
- You have previous experience in claims management or customer service and a passion for client interaction
- You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset
- You demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills and have have a solution-focused working style,
- You are able to interact effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal entities
- Additional EU languages are a plus
