Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Content Moderator for their offices in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing online content to ensure compliance with platform policies. You will evaluate user reports, apply corrective measures, and contribute to improving the overall experience of the online community.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Your Role

  • Review and assess user reports related to website content
  • Monitor online content for compliance with company policies
  • Apply corrective measures and resolve user inquiries according to defined guidelines
  • Propose improvements to enhance content moderation processes
  • Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in content evaluation

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to objectively assess and classify online content
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided
