Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of an e-commerce platform for their office in Cluj.
Your Role
- Communication via incoming telephone, emails and chat with customers in order to solve their issues or inform them about the features of the products
- Customer Order Management
- Secure and deepen client retention, contribute to excellent customer support
- Secure that all complaints are being recognized, recorded confirmed, and solved effectively
- Proactively propose ways to improve the processes
- Adhere to given processes and procedures
- Update the database of customers and document activities
- Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations.
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent in Croatian both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level)
- Based in Cluj or willing to relocate
- High school diploma or an equivalent
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- High motivation and enthusiastic approach, self-organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation
- Good numerical and reasoning skills.
The Offer
- Schedule: full time, Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5.30 PM
