Workster partners with a worldwide leader in vehicle mobility who is growing their dynamic Customer Service Team in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role with 2x per week in office on average.

Your Role

In this role, you’ll take charge of the overall customer service process of our customers in a variety in subjects.

  • Inbound customer service dealing with customers from the United States;
  • Resolving queries related to accounting, payments, any type of car rental services provided
  • Acting in a professional manner in accordance with the brand policies
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction and problem-solving
  • Being a team player and communicating any issues immediately

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent English skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
  • You have previous experience in customer service
  • You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset
  • You demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills and have have a solution-focused working style,
  • You are able to interact effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal entities
  • Additional EU languages are a plus
