Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact, handling inbound calls, chats, and emails from business customers regarding their accounts or POS devices.
  • Assist with account verification, access issues, and transactions, ensuring smooth financial operations for clients.
  • Provide support for payment and transfer queries, helping customers to verify or unblock accounts as needed.
  • Address technical issues related to POS devices, including troubleshooting and ensuring brand visibility on customer receipts.
  • Engage actively in complex issue resolution, following up on cases until they are resolved.
  • Use various tools and platforms effectively, adapting to regularly updated processes and complex scenarios.

Your Requirements:

  • Language skills at C1 level or higher in support language, with native-level fluency preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in English (C1) to navigate training and internal communications.
  • Flexibility in switching between multiple communication channels (calls, chat, email).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new information, tools, and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude towards handling complex issues and providing quality customer service.
  • Experience is not strictly required but is considered an asset.
