Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, contact, and engage potential and existing clients through email and outbound calls.
  • Understand and analyze client business needs to propose suitable Google Cloud solutions.
  • Educate clients on Google Cloud products, services, and upgrades.
  • Resolve minor technical setup issues or escalate them to relevant teams.
  • Track activities and maintain an organized database of leads in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Czech.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • 1-2 years of proven success in B2B sales.
  • Active listening skills to identify needs and provide value-added solutions.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
