Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, contact, and engage potential and existing clients through email and outbound calls.
- Understand and analyze client business needs to propose suitable Google Cloud solutions.
- Educate clients on Google Cloud products, services, and upgrades.
- Resolve minor technical setup issues or escalate them to relevant teams.
- Track activities and maintain an organized database of leads in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- 1-2 years of proven success in B2B sales.
- Active listening skills to identify needs and provide value-added solutions.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
