Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical questions from Microsoft Business Customers.
  • Collaborate to resolve or escalate issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Keep stakeholders and customers informed about issue resolutions through clear communication.
  • Document cases in internal systems and stay updated on Microsoft products and services.
  • Manage customer inquiries across various communication channels.
  • Provide advanced technical support, identifying and enhancing program efficiencies.
  • Build strong business relationships by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
  • Analyze root causes of issues, offer solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Your Requirements:

  • Fluent in Czech.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • 2-3 years of helpdesk or system administration experience in medium to large businesses.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in business client support for B2B or B2C roles.
  • Active listening skills to identify needs and provide value-added solutions.
  • Technical expertise in Windows Operating Systems, networking, Microsoft productivity suite, Directory Services, Active Directory, and administration of Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, Office Applications, Skype for Business, and Teams.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
