Workster is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Czech-speaking Operations Customer Experts. For this role you will play a crucial role in supporting customers in Czech and English. By leveraging your product knowledge and communication skills.

Your Role

  • Customer Assistance: Provide support via phone, email, and chat for inquiries about client products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and optimal use of accessories.
  • Technical Support: Guide users in connecting insulin pumps with smartphone applications for seamless integration.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries empathetically, ensuring satisfaction and building trust.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local support teams and internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of interactions in the SAP CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to enhance customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

Your Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written).
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to provide empathetic and clear guidance.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with smartphone applications and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
