Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to find a motivated Danish-speaking Business Developer. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional to contribute to the company’s growth in the Danish market. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Your Role

  • Identify and contact potential business clients in the Danish market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Present solutions tailored to client requirements and business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead generation and sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Danish (native or C2 level) and strong English skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus
