Workster is partnering with a leading technology brand to recruit a Dutch-speaking Live Expert to join their team in Barcelona, Spain. Your Role:

  • Conduct live product demonstrations via video calls, showcasing features and benefits.
  • Drive sales and market share growth through interactive customer engagements.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, confidently addressing queries and concerns.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge to deliver accurate and engaging presentations.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Create and deliver training content and assist in scriptwriting and translations.
  • Participate in filming tasks, with potential out-of-hours commitments as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) with advanced English proficiency.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
  • Passion for technology and consumer electronics.
  • Confident and engaging on camera, comfortable presenting to an audience.
  • Energetic, personable, and self-motivated, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours/week): Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
