Workster is partnering a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Dutch speaking Sales Account Manager for their Barcelona office. As an Account Manager, you will support Dutch businesses and agency partners with tailored digital advertising strategies. Working in a goal-oriented environment, you’ll help expand the customer base across EMEA while contributing to innovative and high-quality online marketing experiences in the Spanish market.

Your Role

  • Strengthen client and agency relationships by delivering customized, performance-driven strategies and promoting relevant digital marketing solutions.
  • Provide consultative guidance to help clients maximize ROI through high-quality strategic recommendations.
  • Meet sales objectives while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Engage proactively with clients through phone, video calls, and email.

Your Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • C2 level Dutch and strong English proficiency.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms and online campaign management.
  • Strong communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, goal-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and grow.
