Workster is partnering with a leading global technology and services provider to recruit a Flemish-speaking Account Manager for their team in Malaga, Spain. Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Cloud Solutions Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses adopt advanced cloud technologies tailored to their needs.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling cloud solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect insights from clients and relay them back to the business as the “Voice of the Customer.”

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Flemish and English (spoken and written).
  • Sales & Account Management Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer relationship management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps is a plus.
