Workster partners with the largest outsourcing company in Greece to find French Inbound CS Specialists to work based out of their Athens office. The successful candidate will support customers for a leading European neobank based online.
Your Role
- Support French customers over phone, email and occasionally chat
- Achieve your weekly and monthly targets as part of a multicultural Team
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Represent your brand professionally and with dedication
- Document each interaction in a dedicated CRM system
- Act as a key participant within the internal team and wider by taking part in department initiatives providing feedback/updates, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues/department
Your Qualifications
- C1 level of French
- Willingness to relocate to Athens or already based there
- Good level of English (B2)
- Experience in Customer Support is an advantage
- Strong abilities to work independently and as a team player
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications
- Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
