Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit French-speaking Customer Advisors for a financial services project in Athens, Greece. Your Role
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Meet personal and team targets for service quality and case handling.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documentation.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Your Qualifications
- Native or near-native French with a good command of English.
- Banking experience mandatory
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset, able to adapt and respond to different personalities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Native accent is required.
