Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit French-speaking Customer Advisors for a financial services project in Athens, Greece. Your Role

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Meet personal and team targets for service quality and case handling.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documentation.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Your Qualifications

  • Native or near-native French with a good command of English.
  • Banking experience mandatory
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, able to adapt and respond to different personalities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Native accent is required.
