Workster supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their French-speaking Customer Service Team for a Leading cloud-based development platform with millions of users worldwide. Your Role
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
- Educate users on the platform’s features and help them get the most out of their websites.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Your Qualifications
- C1 level of French and good English skills (B2)
- You need to have either experience or knowledge about digital marketing and/or webdesign, and be enthusiastic about it
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with strong orientation to the customer (mandatory).
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
- Stable profile with stable job history (not frequent job hopping).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
- Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
