Workster is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a French-speaking Junior O2C Specialist.
This role supports the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in the medical device sector, focusing on order management, billing, collections follow-ups, and reconciliations. Your Role

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and other inquiries.
  • Generate invoices and credit notes ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Perform daily cash applications for customer payments.
  • Monitor AR aging reports, follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices, and assist in resolving any billing issues.
  • Resolve simple customer queries and escalate more complex cases as needed.
  • Assist in reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data in the ERP system.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations (2–5 years is a plus).
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables are preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in French (C1) and good English skills (C1).
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
