Your Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets, ensuring business growth.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospective clients and key decision-makers in targeted companies.
- Profitability Management: Drive profitability through proactive account management and strategic selling.
- Sales Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and report ongoing activities related to the sales pipeline.
- Client Satisfaction & Issue Resolution: Assess client satisfaction levels, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
- Client Feedback & Business Development: Gather client insights and relay them to relevant teams to explore new business opportunities.
- Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer and partner inquiries related to product or service needs.
- Proposal Preparation: Develop technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they align with both client needs and company objectives.
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French (C2 level) and advanced English (B2 or higher).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sales Background: Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the technology sector.
- Results-Driven: Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and solid computer skills.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
