Workster is collaborating with a leading multinational technology company to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Agent for their office in Lisbon. The selected candidate will provide support to customers holding premium memberships on a popular streaming platform.
Your Role
- Engage with customers via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professionalism.
- Address customer complaints, propose solutions, and resolve issues within specified timeframes.
- Diagnose customer problems, troubleshoot effectively, and provide actionable resolutions.
- Escalate issues to appropriate departments or senior representatives when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve and close support tickets efficiently.
- Accurately document actions, categorize cases, and flag potential bugs for the engineering team.
- Keep all relevant job-related administrative documents updated and maintained.
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in French (spoken and written) and a strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support, ideally within a contact center environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality results.
- Strong ability to work independently yet remain an effective team collaborator.
