Workster is partnering with a leading company in the iGaming industry to find a VIP Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide top-tier, personalized service to VIP clients, handling queries, requests, and escalations while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your Role
- Handle VIP customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via chat and email, including providing out-of-hours support.
- Review VIP activity daily, ensuring bonuses, gifts, and rewards meet business objectives.
- Maintain high standards by meeting team SLAs for customer satisfaction, quality, and response times.
- Identify and suggest improvements for VIP processes to enhance customer experience and business efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments to keep VIP players informed.
- Take part in workshops aimed at enhancing team communication and service quality.
- Work closely with VIP Account Managers to handle escalations and special cases effectively.
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent in French (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher) for effective internal communication.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Friendly and approachable, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of assessing promotional risks.
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
