Workster is partnering with a leading BPO to strengthen their Sofia operation with dedicated and motivated employees with German language skills. As a Customer Support Expert with German, you will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and issues for a leading Swiss Telecommunication giant.

Your Role

  • Assisting customers through various channels (incoming calls)
  • Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
  • Providing information on administrative and technical inquiries (products, invoices, etc.)
  • Making changes to the system
  • Forwarding issues or calls to other departments

Your Qualifications

  • German proficiency at C1 level or higher is a must
  • English and / or Bulgarian is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Customer-oriented mindset and behavior
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work in shifts
