Workster is partnering with a leading BPO to strengthen their Sofia operation with dedicated and motivated employees with German language skills. As a Customer Support Expert with German, you will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and issues for a leading Swiss Telecommunication giant.
Your Role
- Assisting customers through various channels (incoming calls)
- Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
- Providing information on administrative and technical inquiries (products, invoices, etc.)
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding issues or calls to other departments
Your Qualifications
- German proficiency at C1 level or higher is a must
- English and / or Bulgarian is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Customer-oriented mindset and behavior
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Excellent base salary and benefits
- Relocation support if not based in Bulgaria
- Schedule Mo-Sun between 08h-22h, 8h per day / 40h per week
