Your Role
- Handle technical customer contacts for various products via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
- Provide clear and practical information within set parameters, addressing questions about procedures and services.
- Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues.
- Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.
- Appropriately manage and escalate customer issues to higher support tiers.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.
- Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction, providing feedback as needed.
Your Qualifications
- C1 level of German and good English skills (B2)
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
- Stable profile with stable job history (not frequent job hopping).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
- Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
