Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a German-speaking Account Manager for their team in Barcelona, Spain (On-site). This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals with experience in channel programs, partner management, and business development to drive revenue growth and build long-term relationships in the high-tech sector.

Your Responsibilities:
- Partner Pipeline Management: Identify and manage new sales opportunities, ensuring a successful and profitable closure of deals.
- Market & Competitor Awareness: Understand partner markets and competitors, evaluating reseller interest and identifying potential growth areas.
- Partner Loyalty & Enablement: Develop strong relationships with channel partners, driving certification, competencies, and loyalty.
- Campaign & Promotion Execution: Ensure partners are leveraging promotions, events, and programs to maximize business impact.
- Revenue Growth & Opportunity Management: Collaborate with partners to drive sales opportunities, campaigns, and revenue growth.
- Sales Support & Deal Closure: Work closely with partners to qualify leads and support them in closing significant deals when required.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside telemarketing, end-user sales, and key internal stakeholders to maximize customer and partner satisfaction.
- Marketing & ROI Monitoring: Oversee partner marketing plans, reviewing co-marketing investment, execution, and return on investment (ROI).
- Event Participation: Represent the company at partner events, engaging with key industry stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or bilingual in German and advanced English (written and spoken).
- Sales & Channel Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or IT sales.
- Negotiation & Communication Skills: Strong ability to negotiate, persuade, and present with confidence.
- Results-Driven Approach: Ability to prioritize tasks, set goals, and work collaboratively to achieve targets.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors.
