Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Customer Experience Specialist for their Valencia office.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across multiple channels, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring smooth order and billing processes. Your ability to provide tailored solutions and maintain a customer-first approach will be essential to delivering a high-quality experience.

Your Role

  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Provide knowledgeable product support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Monitor and manage orders, deliveries, and billing inquiries for a seamless experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions across various platforms

Your Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2)
  • Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to provide empathetic and professional support
