Workster is partnering with a major BPO company, a global leader in technology and customer experience services, to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Representative based in Lisbon, Portugal.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling supplier invoices, managing queries, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers and clients. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your Role
- Manage supplier invoices within the internal system
- Assist suppliers with invoice-related questions
- Respond to incoming and outgoing calls and emails
- Evaluate cases and escalate when necessary
- Facilitate communication between suppliers and clients when required
Your Requirements
- Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other administrative tools
- Ability to work independently and manage cases from start to finish
- Organized, flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
