Workster is collaborating with a distinguished Outsourcing/BPO consultancy in search of a German-speaking Customer Service Representative eager to join their team in Greece.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Address all customer inquiries received through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge base to proficiently address customer questions and solve arising problems.
  • Serve as a primary contact for our esteemed partners, providing answers to basic inquiries as well as handling cancellations and modifications.
  • Utilize the appropriate tools, procedures, and methods to ensure the delivery of precise, valid, and comprehensive information.
  • Ensure exceptional client service and a favorable partner experience at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1level) and English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is required.
  • Experience in the car rental sector is preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • A strong passion for customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Capable of clearly identifying, applying, and explaining your expertise in our product and/or service.
