Your Role:

  • SEO Optimization: Provide basic SEO recommendations, including keyword gap analysis and onsite search improvements.
  • Content Auditing & Optimization: Review online audit results, conduct quality checks, and identify key content gaps.
  • Best Practice Sharing: Educate partners on content optimization and digital marketing execution strategies.
  • Partner Support: Assist with syndication partner onboarding, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and report bugs, content gaps, or delivery delays, escalating feedback as necessary.
  • Retail Toolkit Monitoring: Track and ensure timely execution of New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Translation Verification: Check localized content accuracy and keyword implementation in the local language.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs, reporting, and ROI estimations to drive ongoing improvement strategies.
  • Ratings & Reviews Management: Evaluate the current landscape, track partner KPI dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Business Plan Execution: Oversee and follow up on partner reporting regarding digital marketing initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) with advanced English proficiency.
  • 1+ year of experience in online sales, digital content management, or e-commerce.
  • Marketing, business administration, or e-commerce degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
  • Solid IT knowledge, preferably in storage environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret SEO and content performance data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly organized, with strong time management skills.

The Offer:
