Workster is partnering with a German HR IT company that specializes in automated HR software solutions. Their customers are primarily based in Germany, and they are looking for German-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialists to assist clients with software-related inquiries.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers troubleshoot technical issues, resolve login problems, and ensure smooth navigation of the platform. You will provide support via phone and email while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, remote position based in Bulgaria, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Role
- Provide technical support for customers using the HR software
- Assist users with login issues, troubleshooting, and software navigation
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Guide clients through step-by-step solutions to enhance their user experience
- Document and escalate technical issues when necessary
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Work within the designated support hours of 08:00 – 21:00, Monday to Friday (rotational shifts)
Your Requirements
- Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
- Ability to troubleshoot software-related issues and explain solutions clearly
- Comfortable working remotely with a high level of self-motivation
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
