Workster is partnering with a global leader in the airline and travel sector to recruit a German & Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Seville, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to provide top-tier customer service and assist travelers with their journey.

Your Role

  • Handling inbound calls from customers in German and Spanish.
  • Providing assistance with flight reservations, ticket modifications, baggage inquiries, and general travel-related concerns.
  • Ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience by offering timely and professional support.
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborating with your team to enhance service quality and optimize processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German (mandatory).
  • Advanced Spanish skills (minimum C1 level).
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including alternating weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in Spain (NIE, NAF, and Spanish bank account required).
