Workster partners with a leading multinational BPO company to find a Greek-speaking First Line Manager to lead a Greek Team for a giant in the beauty products industry out of their office in Porto.

Your Role

  • Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation;
  • Motivating the team;
  • Managing the team daily, according to internal policies;
  • Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
  • Developing action plans for continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent English (C1) and Greek (native)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO or tech company environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Solid experience in contact centre, understands contact centre business, trends and sales.
