Your Role
- Team Leadership: Build and lead the local team, partnering with HR to develop recruitment and retention strategies tailored to Serbia.
- HR Process Customization: Adapt HR processes to align with Serbia’s cultural and legal context.

Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in senior operations management, preferably within the casino or gaming industry.
