Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Hebrew speakers to grow their large in-house Team in beautiful Lisbon for a leading worldwide brand in the online Gaming industry.
Your Role
- Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers´ enquiries within given timescales
- Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client´s products and services
- Deal with all correspondence as required/requested
- Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures
- Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms
- Be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
Your Qualifications
- Excellent Hebrew level (C1+) both oral and written
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Prior experience in customer service is a big plus
- Good Computer skills
- Self-motivated, gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
- Problem solving abilities, strong logical analytics
- Ability to multi-task, handling multiple assignments simultaneously
- Able to work independently and as a part of the team
