Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Hebrew speakers to grow their large in-house Team in beautiful Budapest for a leading worldwide brand in the online Gaming industry.

Your Role

  •  Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers´ enquiries within given timescales
  • Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client´s products and services
  • Deal with all correspondence as required/requested
  • Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures
  • Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms
  • Be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent Hebrew level (C1+) both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Prior experience in customer service is a big plus
  • Good Computer skills
  • Self-motivated, gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
  • Problem solving abilities, strong logical analytics
  • Ability to multi-task, handling multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and as a part of the team
