Workster is working with the largest BPO in Greece to find Hungarian Customer Service Experts for a major technology giant.
Your Role
- Frontline tech support for app store, in-app payments, e-store
- Tech support for several of the main apps of the brand, such as the gps, translation or email
- Ensure professional and apt representation of a leading worldwide brand
- Efficient problem-solving
- Prioritizing maximum Customer Satisfaction
- Dealing with refunds, cancellations, account recovery or technical issues
Your Qualifications
- Fluent English (C1) and Hungarian (native)
- Experience in a BPO/contact centre in the recent past
- Strong technical understanding of PC / apps / processes in the smartphone and windows world
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
