Workster is working with the largest BPO in Greece to find Hungarian Customer Service Experts for a major technology giant in the smartphone industry.

Your Role

  • Support customers with top contact drivers such as How to – reset/change password, Battery Health/Runtime, Issues with 3 party apps or subscriptions
  • Ensure professional and apt representation of a leading worldwide brand
  • Efficient problem-solving
  • Prioritizing maximum Customer Satisfaction

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent English (B2) and Hungarian (C1)
  • Experience in a BPO/contact centre/content moderation recently
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
  • A high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situation in the country/region of supported language
