Workster is partnering with a technology BPO business which is looking to recruit an Italian-speaking Customer Care Specialist.
Your Role
- Provide assistance to e-commerce platform customers through various channels as assigned (phone calls, emails, or chat).
- Diagnose customer issues, address complaints, offer solutions or alternatives, and guide users within established timeframes.
- Review and moderate the quality of content.
- Utilize cheat sheets, guides, and protocols learned during training.
- Strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support.
- Recognize when a case needs escalation to another department.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues or teams on more complex issues.
- Maintain detailed records of actions and resolutions in a CRM system.
Your Qualifications
- Proficient in Italian at C1 level, both spoken and written, with strong English skills (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication skills: precise, efficient, and respectful.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- At least one year of verifiable experience in customer communication (via email and phone).
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Solid knowledge of PC-based software and internet tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, web-based applications).
