Workster is partnering with a global leader in business process transformation to find a Lead – F&A Customer Care (German & English). This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in finance and customer support who are ready to take on a leadership position. You will oversee a team handling finance-related customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Your Role:
- Lead and support a team of finance and accounting customer care associates
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure resolution in a timely manner
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to maintain service quality
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Your qualifications:
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2+)
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with financial processes, customer care systems, and Microsoft Office tools
