Workster is partnering with a global leader in business process transformation to find a Lead – F&A Customer Care (German & English). This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in finance and customer support who are ready to take on a leadership position. You will oversee a team handling finance-related customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Your Role:

  • Lead and support a team of finance and accounting customer care associates
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to maintain service quality
  • Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

Your qualifications:

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2+)
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with financial processes, customer care systems, and Microsoft Office tools
