Workster is collaborating with a leading B2B solution provider to recruit a Live Casino Team Manager for their gaming studios located in Bucharest, Romania.
Your Role
- Provide mentorship and assistance to team members, supporting their growth and enhancing their effectiveness in their roles.
- Supervise and monitor team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and addressing matters such as attendance, behavior, and employee concerns.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture through transparent communication and regular team discussions.
- Assess individual and team development needs and collaborate with appropriate departments to design growth and improvement strategies.
- Participate in learning and development initiatives to help the organization meet its objectives.
- Ensure all operations and services align with the company’s core values, standards, procedures, and performance metrics (KPIs).
Your Qualifications
- Proficiency in English at a native or fluent level (C1), both written and spoken.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- A background in management is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the gaming or entertainment sector is a plus.
- Strong command of PC tools and software, such as Office 365.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in resolving conflicts effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
