Your Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and building long-term relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, helping small and medium-sized businesses maximize their cloud technology potential.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Gather customer insights and relay feedback to the business to improve service offerings and products.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1/C2 level) with advanced English proficiency.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, sales account management, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly organized, with strong time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar cloud solutions.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification in Azure, Modern Workplace, or Business Applications is a plus.
