Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their team in Malaga, Spain (Hybrid). Your Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Provide expert consultative sales support to clients and partners, ensuring long-term business relationships.
  • Business Growth: Develop and sustain growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Client Strategy & Market Awareness: Maintain visibility on client strategies, plans, and competitor activity to optimize sales opportunities.
  • New Sales Development: Identify and research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Proposal Preparation: Draft commercial and technical service proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Profitability & Sales Target Achievement: Drive profitability and revenue growth through proactive account management.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track, report, and manage ongoing sales activity and forecasts.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to inbound customer or partner inquiries, ensuring high-quality service.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent or bilingual in Norwegian and advanced in English.
  • Sales & Business Development Experience: Strong background in B2B sales, account management, or lead generation.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage, build relationships, and negotiate with clients.
  • Technical & Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in channel sales or IT environments is an advantage.
  • Dynamic & Energetic: A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to sales.
