Workster supports a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Norwegian speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for their Lisbon office.
Your Tasks
- Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
- Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
- Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
- Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
- Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers’ goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video
- Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
- Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
Your Qualifications
- C1 level Norwegian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Digital marketing roles
- Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.)
- AdWords Search fundamentals certified – will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends
- The ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
- Strong work ethics with constant focus on quality
- Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
