Workster is partnering with a leading company to find a German-speaking Operations Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in operations management, leadership, and strategic planning. Your Role:
- Oversee program performance by monitoring and optimizing SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive efficiency improvements across multiple departments, including Recruitment, Training, Quality, HR, IT, and Finance.
- Implement quality control measures while fostering collaboration and strong team relationships.
- Lead strategic initiatives and process enhancements to achieve operational excellence.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and long-term strategic planning.
- Manage and support Team Leaders and Associates, ensuring consistent performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular client and stakeholder reviews (daily, weekly, and quarterly) to ensure transparency and goal alignment.
- Forecast and plan for routine operations, peak periods, and sales opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (B2 or above) with strong English (B2 level or higher) communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferably technical).
- Experience:
- 3+ years in an operations-related role, ideally within a service desk, telecommunications, or contact center environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in online retail or similar sectors is a plus.
- Strategic & Operational Skills: Ability to think strategically while implementing practical, hands-on solutions.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities to drive business success.
