Your Responsibilities:

  • Case Investigation: Review and assess escalated cases for potential policy violations, fraud, or safety concerns.
  • Customer Support & Compliance: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, helpdesk, and live chat, ensuring proper case handling.
  • Outbound Calls & Proof Collection: Conduct outbound calls to gather evidence from drivers and customers to validate complaints.
  • Safety Case Handling: Address critical safety concerns and user complaints, demonstrating a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolution Management: Provide appropriate solutions and follow up on case resolutions within designated timeframes.
  • Product Knowledge & Policy Enforcement: Stay updated on client services, ensuring policy compliance and proactive issue resolution.
  • Confidentiality & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive user information.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Russian and proficient in English.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to evaluate complex cases, detect patterns, and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify risks, inconsistencies, and security breaches.
