Workster is on the lookout for a Sales Program Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Dublin. Our client is a renowned leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success solutions.
Your Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing relationships and daily engagement.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring team growth and diversity.
- Guide and mentor a cross-functional team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Design and implement processes to measure and improve team quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
- Track and report on performance metrics, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue growth, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiency.
- Conduct regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) with clients.
- Partner with clients to set and monitor team goals, leveraging analytics to ensure success.
- Coach team leaders to achieve top-tier performance and ensure exceptional results.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Strategically manage staffing through hiring, retention, and performance optimization.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance team operations and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to adapt strategies in response to market demands and support program scalability.
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights that boost client results.
Your Qualifications
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level (native or fluent), with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage.
- Over 5 years of experience in a revenue-driven role, with at least 3 years in leadership or management positions and a track record of achieving results.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is essential.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with expertise in managing client expectations and delivering high satisfaction.
- A sales-driven mindset with a solutions-oriented approach and a passion for customer success. Proven experience in achieving sales targets within collaborative, team-focused settings.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and decisive, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in dynamic environments while maintaining professionalism.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRM tools, with a talent for analyzing sales data to enhance performance.
- Expertise in conflict resolution and fostering collaboration with diverse teams to achieve positive outcomes.
