Workster is partnering with a leading global technology and services company to recruit a Spanish & English-speaking Solution Specialist for their Malaga office.
In this role, you will work with small and medium-sized businesses, guiding them through cloud-based solutions and helping them achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate with sales teams, provide technical insights, and play a key role in driving cloud adoption and customer success.
This is a full-time, on-site position, offering career growth opportunities, training, and a dynamic work environment.
Your Role
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers
- Present cloud solutions that align with customers’ business goals and demonstrate product value
- Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs
- Increase customer engagement by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate cloud adoption
- Audit implementation requirements and confirm pricing calculations to ensure customers receive accurate service projections
- Conduct live demonstrations of solutions for customers via Microsoft Teams
- Deliver group and one-on-one training on cloud solutions and best practices
Your Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development
- Minimum Fundamentals certification required (Microsoft or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, deployment, and adoption strategies
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, migrations, and technology management
- Knowledge of cloud security, identity, authentication, and compliance is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales and performance goals
Preferred but not required:
- L200 certification
- Expertise in cloud and hybrid solutions
