Your Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for viewers, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Provide top-tier customer support via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Assist users with account and application-related queries, particularly concerning software functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to system configurations and network settings.
  • Deliver real-time, accurate responses to customers to ensure a seamless support experience.
  • Maintain and update records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality agreements, ensuring the client’s name and information remain undisclosed.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Strong Italian skills (C1+)
