Your Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for viewers, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Provide top-tier customer support via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Assist users with account and application-related queries, particularly concerning software functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to system configurations and network settings.
- Deliver real-time, accurate responses to customers to ensure a seamless support experience.
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality agreements, ensuring the client’s name and information remain undisclosed.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Strong Italian skills (C1+)
