Your Role
- Identify and support customers in any difficulties they might encounter.
- Provide explanations to customers about products/site/policies/ promotions, etc.
- Update customer account/details with necessary information when needed.
- Collaborate with our Fraud and payments team in customer queries
Your Qualifications
- C1 level of Swedish
- Fluent in spoken and written English (B2+)
- Are driven and not afraid to take on new challenges
- Passionate about customer service and service
- Good communication skills
- A genuine problem-solving mentality
