Company Overview: Workster is collaborating with a leading B2B solution provider to recruit a Team Leader for Gaming Equipment Administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of gaming equipment within our client’s facilities.

Your Role

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all gaming equipment, including cards, dice, roulette wheels, and ancillary items.
  • Equipment Oversight: Ensure gaming tables are well-stocked and in optimal condition by coordinating with Shift Managers, Shufflers, Trainers, and Floor Supervisors.
  • Replacement Planning: Manage the timely replacement of outdated equipment, keeping detailed logs of all changes.
  • Order Coordination: Oversee orders for studio gaming equipment and handle related administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate staff activities, organize workflows, assess performance, and provide coaching as needed.
  • Data Reporting: Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports for management, focusing on key performance indicators related to equipment maintenance.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to direct managers, ensuring transparency and consistency in operations.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in team leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient with various software and technology tools relevant to daily operations.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
