Workster supports the biggest worldwide outsourcing company with their support for one of the key social media brands in the world. To support their massive growth in Lisbon, we are now looking for Turkish Social Media Support Experts to join their team.

Your Role

  • Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses.
  • Support assistance requests on Facebook Family Apps & Advertising Services.
  • Customer contacts with challenging questions/requests by Email or Chat
  • Convert majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls:
  • To offer white glove support regarding our services
  • Working with multiple tools and systems

 

Your Qualifications

  • C1 level of Turkish
  • Good English skills (B2)
  • Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure
  • Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference.
  • Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Working in a back-office environment with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in self and team KPIs – focusing on what can be done instead of what cannot be..
  • Ability to work Mo-Sun, between 07h-24h, 40h per week
