Workster is partnering with a leading global technology and services provider to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative for their Malaga office.

In this role, you will assist customers with banking-related inquiries, account support, and financial services assistance. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and chat, ensuring a seamless and professional banking experience while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Your Role

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing support related to banking services, transactions, and account management
  • Assist customers with financial transactions, security concerns, and general account inquiries
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate information
  • Follow established banking processes and compliance regulations
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case logs using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain a professional approach, ensuring confidentiality and data security

Your Requirements

  • Fluent Norwegian (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
  • Customer-focused mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to banking-related tasks and procedures
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office and online platforms
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly
  • Previous customer service or banking experience is a plus
