Workster is partnering with a leading global technology and services provider to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative for their Malaga office.
In this role, you will assist customers with banking-related inquiries, account support, and financial services assistance. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and chat, ensuring a seamless and professional banking experience while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Your Role
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing support related to banking services, transactions, and account management
- Assist customers with financial transactions, security concerns, and general account inquiries
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate information
- Follow established banking processes and compliance regulations
- Maintain accurate customer records and case logs using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain a professional approach, ensuring confidentiality and data security
Your Requirements
- Fluent Norwegian (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- Customer-focused mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to banking-related tasks and procedures
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office and online platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly
- Previous customer service or banking experience is a plus
